I've found these references for a memory test and power on self test:

Regarding the C6000 memory test, is this the latest and greatest? Anything newer with specifics for the C6747 and C6745?

Regarding the C6416 power on self test, do you have anything similar for the C6747/45?

Shawn,

It should be fairly easy to adapt the SDRAM test to look at any memory space you want to test.
