Hi Guys,
I have 512MB samsung DDR3L 32bit SDRAM(two 2Gb DDR3 SDRAM ), which is on board of custom DM385 board now as i'm about to start my project i need to configure DDR3 in uboot for that i need to know does any script/spread sheet exist which can be used generating DDR3 configuration and calibration of DDR3 for better work.
