In our custom board based on AM5728 we would like to use USB1(Superspeed, USB 3.0) port in HighSpeed mode(USB 2.0) and we have designed our board according to that. But according to errata document this can create a problem

'When USB3.0 controller core is programmed to be a USB 2.0-only device, possible
hardware meta-stability on USB_DCTL[31] RUNSTOP bit causing the core to attempt
high speed as well as SuperSpeed connection or completely miss the attach request.'
How can we overcome this problem? Can we do something in software to take care of this? WE are using ti-processor-sdk-linux-am57xx-evm-02.00.02.11
