When I set low frequency on SPI1 (lower than 586 kHz) one extra clock appears on the SPI1_CLK pin. On a higher frequency it's disappear and clock number is normal

When I set 1 MHz and 8 clocks the result is 1 MHz and 8 clocks - ok. When I set 600 kHz the result is 625 kHz and still 8 clocks - ok. But at 500 kHz - it's 625 kHz and 9 clocks! Communication is broken in the last case, of course.
