There is no family of processors TMS320C64 +. Present or 641x or 62x processors.
What exactly is compatible with the TMS320C6424?

C6424 does not have a function CSL layer as the C6416 and other earlier processors did. Instead, it does come with a PSP Driver package (as part of the greater package called SDK). The PSP does include something we call the register CSL layer, but this does not have a full API as the fCSL did.

That said, you can find a link to the SDK download on the 6424 EVM page.
