I have managed to get this DSK to boot up using the TMS320C6657 Evaluation Module Quick Setup Guide. Stage 4 returns the IP address  192.168.1.79. If I browse to that I get a page called 

High Performance Digital Signal Processor Utility

What should I do with this page? 

In the Quck Setup Guide it says 10.99.19.238 - which is unobtainable.
