DVSDK and Linux "git" kernel status

Hello,

I am trying to evaluate if DVSDK 3.10b2 and its linux "git" kernel are ready for prime time on dm365 based commercial products, so stability and peripheral support are important. Aside from tests on the field, there are several pages on the wiki and TI web site that can help evaluating the current status. Still, I am not sure if they are kept up to date.

My sources are:

http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_sb/targetcontent/dvsdk/DVSDK_3_10/latest/exports/dvsdk_3_10_00_16_releasenotes.pdf

https://cqweb.ext.ti.com/cqweb/main?command=GenerateMainFrame&service=CQ&schema=SDO-Web&contextid=SDOWP&queryID=33562268&rmsessionid=9a7f763d-0c00-4245-9c11-c0a8f08f4205

http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/DaVinci_GIT_Linux_Kernel

Documentation seems not to agree on the Known Issues: release notes specify "none", while the ClearQuest defect page reports some issues with the codecs. The wiki page is even worse, I am not sure if it is really up to date.

So, is there a reliable source where we can assess the current state of DVSDK/kernel and that sums up the current status?

Since current DVSDK 3.10 is in beta 2 phase, I expect some issues still require to be fixed, but I need to evaluate how they will impact current projects based on 2.10. Also in the sake of estimating dates, I need a realistic time schedule for DVSDK. When is it planned to be finally released? Is there a roadmap for the project?

Thanks!
