Must the products of our customer using SYSBIOS include the document which reproduced the copyright notice and the license disclaimer?

SYSBIOS Licenses are described here:

It is clear that the redistributions in source code or binary form must retain or reproduce the copyright notice and the license disclaimer. But the using in source code or binary form is not clear.

Maeda-san,

I have asked our legal team to clarify what is expected when a customer is shipping their end product that includes embedded software binaries created from this code.

This the feedback from our legal team:

For interpretation of legal agreements and documents, you really need to consult your own attorney. Our understanding and expectation is that all distributions must include the original license and notices, although we have seen customers do this in many ways, and for embedded binaries that sometimes includes in printed literature or other accompanying/relevant product documentation.
