Can't build configuration project

I am creating a configuration project for my project. Can someone please tell me how to fix the following building error?

Dear Ashkan,
Have you created the RTOS project on your own ?
Please make sure that you have chosen the XDC tool and BIOS version via CCS properties.

Please help me understand your situation.

How did you create your configuration project?
Are you expecting your configuration project to build an executable or to just run the configuro command?
What device are you using?
What software packages are you using (please specify version)?
