AM3517 flash boot problem

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AM3517, TSC2004, TVP5146, TLV320AIC23

Hello,

I created a jffs image from my nfs directory with the command:

mkfs.jffs2 -lqnp -e 128 -r $HOME/nfs -o jffs

Later i've written that jffs and the uImage(this works ok with nfs) on flash:

Everything is ok till here. But the boot process stucks at some point after "run nandboot" command. The content of the command is:

nandboot=echo Booting from nand ...; run nandargs; nand read ${loadaddr} 280000 400000; bootm ${loadaddr} and

nandargs=setenv bootargs console=${console} root=/dev/mtdblock4 rw rootfstype=jffs2 omapfb.vram=0:1M

The console output is:

Booting from nand ...

NAND read: device 0 offset 0x280000, size 0x400000

At this point boot process stucks. I am using AM35x-OMAP35x-PSP-SDK-03.00.00.05 and U-Boot 2009.08-dirty (Jan 05 2010 - 10:21:46). This filesytem and kernel image works correctly with nfs.  What may be the problem?

Thanks in advance..
