Commands from prime DC server to SN fail

Hi TI experts,

I found it failed to send commands ( e.g reboot-sn, get-pib) from DC to SN trough management client. However I can receive keep-live message from the SN side. Could anyone show me the reason why dc didn't send those command to the remote SN? Any settings?

Hi Biser,

Sorry that I didn't get any response from the industrial team yet.

If we're going to choose TI's solution of prime DC, how can we use it for our customer when the management interface can't work,? Could you open the source code of those data concentrator applications ?
