AM437x SYSBOOT pin configuration

Hi,

I am designing a PCB board based on Sitara am4379, I am wondering

1> the 19 x pins for SYSBOOT[18:0] must be connected to fixed chip ball at DSS_DATA0 - DSS_DATA15 - DSS_AC_BIAS_EN, DSS_HSYNC, DSS_VSHNC ?

2> or all those pins can be configured and changed in the software somewhere?

3> if I use the DIP switch for SYSBOOT pins, does that influence the mux pin function after initialization as DIP status never changes ?
