Hi,

Could you anyone guide what is minimum and maximum frequency supported by AM335X processor for DDR2 and DDR3?

This is described in section 7.7.2.2 and 7.7.2.3 of the AM335x Datasheet Rev. J.

As per looking at 7.7.2.2 and 7.7.2.3 of the AM335x Datasheet, AM335X supports

DDR2 frequency from minimum 125 MHZ and can go up to maximum 266 MHZ
DDR3 frequency from minimum 303 MHZ and can go up to maximum 400 MHZ

Could please confirm above understandings?
