AM335x Starter Kit router configuration

Hi,

I want to use am335x starter kit as router,i have followed the below given link and done the router configuration,

current working case:

eth0 WAN,eth1 as LAN

WAN IP - 192.168.x.1

LAN IP - 192.168.y.1

after all the configuration and required changes done,i have connected the 192.168.y.1 to network switch then from swicth i have connected the one more PC with IP 192.168.y.2

ping between 192.168.y.1 and 192.168.x.1 --> wokring

ping between 192.168.y.2 and 192.168.x.1 --> working ad vice versa is wokring

but if i try to ping from 192.168.x.2 (or) 3 etc which ist there in same network to 192.168.y.1 and .2 its not working and vice versa also not working

means its not acting as router

please suggest me some thing to make this setup working and if any tutoril pr referece please help with that.
