How c674x-dsplib Library included into CCS6?

Hil All,

I downloaded "c674x-dsplib_1_03_00_00" library. However, When I open new CCS Project I can not build it into CCS.

Also, there is an example project into folder structure. But How I can import whole example with their related header files.

I can't do it.

You can find the DSPLIB example in the following location but its CCSv3 based so you have to import the CCS project as CCSv3.3
~/c674x-dsplib_1_03_00_01/dsplib674x/

Do you mean any DSPLIB library can not be imported into newer versions of CCS?

Ozan,

you have downloaded an older version of the DSPLIB. The latest DSPLIB version that is supported with newer CCS, can be found here:
software-dl.ti.com/.../index_FDS.html

Pleas let us know if you have any issues with this version of the library. The test projects from these libraries are found under the path :
dsplib_c674x_3_4_0_0\examples & dsplib_c674x_3_4_0_0\packages\ti\dsplib\src

Hi ozylee,

The following are the steps to import the DSPlib into CCS.

Case 1: if older version of DSP-Lib

==========================

1. Open CCS --> project-->Import Legacy CCs 3.3 Project --> Select a project file --> Browse--> <Locate where the ".pjt " is present > --> finish and build

Case 1: if newer version of DSP-Lib

==========================

1. Open CCS --> project-->Import Existing CCS Eclipse Project --> Select a project file --> Browse--> <Locate where the ".ccsproject" is present > --> finish and build

Try out and revert to us with the screenshot if you receive build errors.

Hi Ozylee,

Your error displayed is the linker error.

Go to CCS--> the project properties --> C6000 linker -->File search path --> Add directory to library search path < C:\ti\ccsv5\tools\compiler\C6000_7.4.5\lib >

You will be able to build after then.
