Zedboard booting by U-boot?

Hi All, 

Does anyone have idea about booting Zedboard by u-boot?

I need a easiest step by step tutorial or information. 

I need to boot the zedboard from Flash. So, I need to load u-boot into flash and zedboard will be booted from there.
