TI Linux suitable for Spectrum Digital EVM?

Hello.

I'm going to purchase DM6446 (DaVinci™) Evaluation Module (EVM) from Spectrum Digital:

Will I have an access to download Linux DVSDK for this board from official TI web-site? Is this DVSDK suitable for this board? And what about another features from here:
