processor SDK+Mcsdk together, is that possible?

Yes, you would see the conflicts. Lot of declarations were modified as per the ARCH and MACHINE.
It is recommended to use the Processor SDK.

We have both MCSDK and Processor SDK installed on our machines to support customers however we can build the examples from MCSDK/Processor SDK by specifying the correct path and environment variables based on the selected package.

Why do you install both MCSDK and Processor SDK at the same time? What conflict do you expect, please be specific to your question?

Is processor-SDK more complete than McSDK? and it has all the components of McSDK? It seems that there are some examples in McSDK which can not be found on processor-sdk

Actually Processor SDK has lot of examples than MCSDK.
Especially ARM based RTOS example for EMAC, SPI,I2C,GPIO etc.,
Also you can find UART,SPI,I2C,GPIO,EDMA based PCIe and Hyperlink examples etc.,

As far as I know, there are lot more IPC examples and PDK examples added in Processor-SDK compared to MCSDK.

I came across just the Image processing demo which is missing in processor SDK.

In processor SDK, scripts are available to generate the PDK examples.
