Kozo,

AM335x has a AES and SHA hardware accelerator which is used by OpenSSL that we provide in our SDKs for AM335x. Diffie-Hellman in OpenSSL will leverage these crypto accelerator for all encryption and hashing algorithms.

Can you use the OpenSSL based implementation which is a combination of CPU and crypto hardwaare to implement Diffie-HEllman.

Yes, I believe this is the same for AM437x and AM57x. Though you might see better performance on AM57xx as it has 2 AES and SHA cores as compared to AM335x.
