Hi,

Does the LJCB_P/N clock inputs have any power on sequencing requirement for the AM5728 processor before POR is asserted?
Or can the clocks be enabled anytime when needed by the software to handle PCIe Interface?

I don't see this clock in the power up/down sequence of Figure 5-1, Figure 5-2 of AM5728 Data manual.

Shareef,

The clock needs to be running prior to the release of POR. After POR, ensure that the PLL is locked prior to attempting any PCIe operations.
