Hi All,

One of the customer need timing details for DDR2 (TMS320C6474), he wants setup time, hold time for data, command signals.

Do we have any benchmarking doc which provide timing info for DDR2.

DDR2 support for the C6474 is provided as described in section 7.10 of the C6474 datasheet. Please refer the customer to this section and the DDR2 Implementation document referenced in section 7.10.1. The timing information they request is not provided for the C6474.

The DDR2 controller will follow the DDR2 JEDEC spec. For details on setup and hold times, please refer to the specific sdram device datasheet.
