I am running the C6416 DSP with a 50MHz CLKIN and using the x20 PLL to give 1GHz core clock. For EMIFA, I have the option to use internal CLKOUT4 or CLKOUT6. The ECLKIN spec has a minimum cycle time of 6 nS which is 166.7 MHz so CLKOUT6 is the only usable internal clock available. Looking at the ECLKOUT1 specification, the high and low pulse duration is 2.3 nS minimum (EH-0.7) and 3.7 nS maximum (EH+0.7).
This seems to say ECLKOUT1 will run from 135 MHz up to 217 MHz when CLKOUT6 is used.
I then get ECLKOUT2 will run from 74.6 MHz up to 94.3 MHz again using CLKOUT6.
Does this calculation seem correct?
