Whether DRA74x and DRA75x get the authentication of ASIL-B?

Hi Expert:

At DRA74x/75x datasheet we can find that J6 qualified according to the AEC-Q100 standard.

Does DRA74x/75x qualified according to ASIL-B or ASIL-C level safety standard?

Customer want to get those kind of information.

Hi Tao,

TDA3x device is compliant to ASIL-B safety standard with the support of additional hardware like Clock comparator, Tester on-chip,and Windowed Watchdog Timers.

DRA75/4x devices are not compliant to ASIL standard.
