LCD shows only part of image with PAL

Hello,

I am using dm8148 to show video images.

When inserting NTSC the display shows the image OK, but with PAL it fails to show all image (see the noise in the right image below).

Do I need to change the timing of the LCD for it to work ?

I see that it is not a matter of capturing (I preview the captured image), but only of display. I am using dvrrdk.

Thank you.
The question is simpler then appear.

I have already correct timings with LCD which shows a perfect image for ntsc video.
So question is:
Does it make sens that the problem is related to timing, ot do I just need to take care that the video image is modified before getting into display ?
