Reg - DDR3L intrefacing with AM335X

I am interfacing DDR3L (is compatible for 1.5V operation ) with AM335X. I am running this part on 1.5V as in PMIC 1.35V voltage is not available. Please let em know where is Compatible JEDEC DDR3L Device spec for AM335X processor. I am unable to find the same.

I am using belwo DDR3L device with Am335x.

MT41K128M16JT-125:K  DDR1600@1.25ns, CL =11.

Please let me know if this is compatible with AM335x.
