I think you need go through the IPC training and examples provided in the processor sdk package.

I suggest you start with the Keystone training's, available here:

EVMK2H or EVMK2HX comes with the super-set of the device and difference between the two is encryption. Which means, if you are using EVM, it should have 10GbE support already. Please find more details here.
