TDA3x: Question on CAL

Hi,

Customer checked the Figure 27. CAL_A Top-Level Diagram in ISS user guide and has two questions. Would you pls help?

1. After DPCM decode there is a bus mux which is to select the data from BYSout or BYSin. But we can't find register to configure this mux. Would you pls kindly help?

2. Customer can’t find Hcrop/Vcrop (shows in figure 27) related register in ISS user guide. Does this feature support?

    Hi Chris,

    1, We will have to assign different CPort ids for the stream coming out of DPCM decode and coming in from Bysin. I think the bus mux just shows that two streams are multiplexed, but it is not used as stream selector.

    2, CAL write dma does the cropping, you could find the details about it in "CAL Write DMA Data Cropping" section.
