Here you can get the NDK stack based TCP/UDP example project.
C:\ti\pdk_c667x_2_0_2\packages\MyExampleProjects\NIMU_emacExample_EVMC6678C66BiosExampleProject

You should create the examples using the following TI wiki page.
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Processor_SDK_-_Create_PDK_projects
