After the Linux is up and running, i have the following error. What is the reason for that?

It seems no USB controller drivers found in Linux kernel.
Let me try it in my board and update you.

Dear Ali,
Yes, I have also got the same problem in K2E EVM board.
Not able to detect the USB and got the libusb error as well.
Let me try how we can fix this issue.
BTW, USB is working fine in u-boot.

please see the link Raja has attached. Dear Titusrathinaraj, you may change one kernel option and then compile the kernel and replace with the old one. Now lsusb works fine:
root@k2l-evm:~# lsusb
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0003 Linux Foundation
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 8564:1000 Transcend Information, Inc. JetFlash
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation

Thanks Ali for the update.
It seems default Linux kernel doesn't have support to work USB3.0.
Need to enable the xHCI driver support in Linux via make menuconfig.

I didn't change anything in Linux kernel via make menuconfig, I just did recompile the Linux kernel and board is able to detect the USB pendrive.
