In general, I think there are additional legal agreements that need to be met, before granting access to security addendums.

We support security only on limited Keystone II devices so support for Keystone I devices is not available at this point.
Can you specify which Keystone I device is the end user planning to use? Is this a new design?

I will sync up with you offline to get more details.
