Using the AM335x PRU for safety critical tasks.

Hello, we have various apps developed that use the PRUs on the AM335x. We are in the process of writing/rewriting apps to be used for safety critical purposes. We are wondering if using the PRU C compiler itself will prevent us from reaching any SIL level certification. If it does, will writing/rewriting the apps in PRU assembly allow us to achieve it? We'd probably be running a safety critical rtos like qnx os for safety.

Any certification of the compiler is the responsibility of the user.

TI provides Compiler Qualification Kits for two of our compilers ( for the C2000 and Hercules devices) but does not have or provide one for the PRU compiler.
