A customer needs to “just” transfer HD video from an incoming stream (camera) and transfer it on a monitor.
With AM437x, I understand that we need serializer in the instrument and deserializer to interface to AM437x. In addition, we need a serializer and deserializer at the video output. Distances are between camera and MPU about 3m, while it is 8m between MPU and display.
Could you kindly confirm that AM437x can forward internally from camera input to display output with HD resolution?
