I looking for the detail of this AM5716 Sitara Processor, but I unable to obtain the ordering information. Was this part being launch or still development phase.

Are AM5716AABCX share the same mechanical dimension with AM5718ABCXE which is ABC- 760 PBGA?

AM5716 samples are not yet available. You can order AM5718 samples, see: www.ti.com/.../samplebuy
Yes, AM5716AABCX has the same mechanical dimensions as AM5718ABCXE, ABC-760 PBGA.

Just a general explanation: until we release a device to production, usually we only sample the superset devices...for example, XAM5718AABCXE is the superset of the family....once we release the devices to production later this year, AM5716AABCX will become available.
X in front of part number means pre-production device.
