Pin Configuration using Pin MUX Tool for am57xx-evm

we are using AM572x-evm board and using pin Mux tool version 4.0.1223.
I am also referring the
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../TI_PinMux_Tool (the Getting Started Video)

processors.wiki.ti.com/.../TI_PinMux_Tool_v4

But the generated files mentioned in above link is quite different from the one i am getting from the Pin Mux tool v4.0.
