Can't access AM572x USB2 registers

Hello,

Currently I'm writing AM572x USB2 driver for vxWorks. AM572x USB1 works on vxWorks. But system always crash if read AM572x USB2 registers (For example, read USB_XHCI_HCSPARAMS1 at 0x488d0004) . I think the root cause maybe clocks. I checked some registers as below:

CM_L3INIT_USB_OTG_SS1_CLKCTRL (0x4A0093f0) = 0x101    -USB1

CM_L3INIT_USB_OTG_SS2_CLKCTRL (0x4A009340) = 0x40101   -USB2

USB2 clocks seem enabled. Frequency may be wrong?

l3init_480m_dclk_div:  From name it should be 480MHz, but actually it is 960MHz.

l3init_60m_fclk:  From name it should be 60MHz, but actually it is 120MHz.

My questios: How many clocks are needed for USB2? What is their frequencies? Which registers need check to confirm the clocks?

Thanks,

Miles
