The latest compiler is 8.1.x.
On the TI website for the C6657 product the User's Guide is for version 7.4 (SPRU187U).
In the ccsv6/tools/compiler directory the User's Guide (that CCS Help uses) is version 7.6 (SPRU187V).
Only by searching TI's website under Support and Training can you find the latest manual for 8.1 (SPRUI04A).
How do you expect people to use these products when the documentation is such a mess?
