Hi：
Our project want to using 256M Bytes DDR2 in DM368, So we draw schematic base on the document of TMS320DM368 Digital Media System-on-Chip (DMSoC), it in page of 110, Pic is following:
And we use two chips of Micron DDR MT47H128M8 (16 Meg x 8 x 8 banks) and enhance memory to 256M Bytes.
I want to know how to change setting in UBL or Uboot to support 256M memory?
