Hello all

I want to transmit a pocket of data from my PC to the EVMOMAP-L137 and receive a pocket of data from the EVM.

I am using the NDK 2.0.0 on evmomap-l137 and CCS v3.3.

I am running the example called "client" in "ndk_2_0_0\packages\ti\ndk\example\network\client ".i compile and build it correctly but when i am going to loading the "clien.out " this error message appears:

"error: file loader

data verification failed at address 0xc00dd000.

please verify target memory and memory map."

can someone help me?

Do you have the GEL file loaded when you connect? It looks like your SDRAM is not configured properly.

Yes i have the " evmomapl137_dsp.gel " that was in EVMOMAP-L137s CD.

I think that i have to change somthing in "evmboard.tcf " file . am i right ?

You need to verify that the SDRAM is working with the current gel file. Open up the memory window to 0xC0000000 and try to read/write to some locations.

Thank you for your reply .

My problem was solved.

at first i run the sdram.out from this directory : C:\CCStudio_v3.3\boards\evmomapl137_v1\dsp\tests\sdram and i got 191 error . i found that the sdram isn't working correct.
I unistall CCS v3.3 that i had installed from the EVMs CD and full NDK v2.0 that i downloaded from ti.com. then i installed only the CCS v3.3 from the EVMs CD . and NOT installed the full NDK v2.0 again.

after this, my application loaded with out problem .

I found that i shouldn't install the full NDK v2.0 that i downloaded from ti.com because the section of NDK v2 that is necessary for the EVM is available in EVMs CD.
