Is there any module in TI which converts a text into speech? If so can you mention the name!

This forum Supports the Sitara processor family. There is no such software for the Sitara processors, available from TI.

Actually our project is to extract the text from an image and to convert that text to speech for blind people. we have got cc3200 controller to dump the code and extract text through image processing but we dont have a module to convert that to speech. There are processors like tts256 in other platforms. so i need help to execute my project from only TI platform either hardware or software.

There may be software solutions for the DSPs. You could ask on the DSP processor forums: e2e.ti.com/.../

Actually there is such third-part software for Linux too, so this could also be implemented on a Sitara platform, but we don't have a complete solution at this time - TI provides only the Linux SDK for Sitara, and this would be an application on top of it.
