I see numerous references to the "Tetris PLL" in the U-Boot source code. Which PLL (in the documentation) does this refer to? Which reference clock does it use?

Actually, it looks like this must be what the documentation refers to as the "ARM PLL". Is that right?

Yes, Tetris PLL in the U-boot source refers to the ARM PLL that clocks the A15 cluster in Keystone II device (K2HK, K2E, K2L).
