AM437x Endat 2.1 support in ISDK 02.01.02.02

Hi all,

    My customer is now evaluate the Endat 2.1 support on AM437x PRU with Industrial sdk   02_01_02_02, but fount it not work.

    The Encoder P/N is EQI1331. The error message is as below:

     

 We have checked the hardware and power supply, no issue.

 We also tried the Endat 2.2, it can work well. And the snapshot is as below:

 So could help to check it?
