Camera Interface medium to DRA74x Jacinto 6 board

Hello !

I am Aniket

I am working on Surround View application in ADAS which uses 4 camera.

We are using DRA74x Jacinto 6 board.

1) What type of cameras should be used to interface with DRA74x ?

2) Since I am using 4 cameras, which port I must use to interface ?

3) LVDS port is already used for display, will Ethernet port (PoE) provide the alternative to LVDS ?

Kindly help me regarding these queries.

Hi Aniket,

TI has a refernce platform for multiple camera solution, and the SDK also supports example surround view system demo.

On top of the base board EVM, you can use Vision applicatio board (uses vin1a, 2a, 3a, 5a interfaces) for the multi camera capture.

You can order this board and run the vision usecases.
