Ridgerun dm368 pwm output ?

Hi everyone. im trying to generate pwm signal at leopardboard which is based on dm368 SoC. my kernel ver is 2.6.32.17 and dvsk is 4.02.00.06. my referance doc is this https://developer.ridgerun.com/wiki/index.php/How_to_use_configfs . But there is no PWM support option at my kernel configuration. so i cant select anything about pwm. Must i instert a driver to use pwm? if yes how can i do it ? Thx a lot

Hi,

Yes you would need to add the pwn driver to your kernel.

This is a generic linux question. I encourage you to get more information from linux forums

Cesar first thnk u for your reply but i thnij this is not a generic linux question. Because i have not a driver of pwm in my linux kernel as you say and i do not know how i add it while compiling a kernel with ridgerun sdk :) and my embed linux hasn't got any package manage
