C6654 bootloader section in L2 SRAM

In sprugy5c mentioned boot magic address, I did not find it in C6654/7 datasheet, but I find it in C6678 datasheet Table 2-3, I assume it is same, but I still hope to confirm and provide it in C665x datasheet.

also tell us the reserved memory in L2 SRAM for ROM bootloader.

  • Hi Tony Tang,

    No, it is not the same. Please find it below.

    /* Magic address RBL is polling */

    #ifdef _EVMC6657L_

    #define MAGIC_ADDR          0x8ffffc

    #endif

    #ifdef _EVMC6678L_

    #define MAGIC_ADDR          0x87fffc

    #endif

    #ifdef _EVMC6670L_

    #define MAGIC_ADDR          0x8ffffc

    #endif

  • Thanks you.

    Which document has this information?

  • This information should be available in data manual. I will file a litbug to update the same on the next revision of C665x data manual.

    Thank you.
