Need an example ramdisk image for DM6446, DM6467 and DM365

The .ext2.gz extension images available in arago-project.org can be used as ramdisk images:

Example demo image: http://arago-project.org/files/releases/davinci-psp_3.x.0.0-r37/images/dm6467t-evm/arago-demo-image-dm6467t-evm.ext2.gz

Example base image: http://arago-project.org/files/releases/davinci-psp_3.x.0.0-r37/images/arago/arago-base-image-arago.ext2.gz

So what is the difference between the demo vs base image? 

I'm not familiar with using this extension with a ramdisk image, so do I need to do an gunzip on these files prior to use? 

And do you know of anywhere to get images for the DM6467 and Dm365?

Also this is documented in the PSP released only for the DVSDK3.10 release, is there an equivalent link to get ramdisk images for the DVSDK2.x and DVSDK1.4x releases too? 

And at this release that pertains to the PSP that goes with the DVSDK3.10, there are several files indicated at the link:

The base image is a common minimum filesystem which runs on all platforms. The demo image is much bigger (has more applications) and also some platform specific parts like some specific applications (if any) and kernel modules pre-installed.

For MV Linux based releases, the filesystem should come with the MV installation itself. At least on MV Pro 5.0, I have previously verified that a ramdisk.gz file gets installed under the MV installation directory.

It is the same filesystem image in various formats - ramdisk, JFFS2 and NFS friendly tar ball.
