problem after programming my board based on am335x.

Can you please explain in more details? What software do you program, how do you program it, what is this " applying high on boot pin "?

i am flashing linux on the board using uniflash tool through USB interface. in my board we use boot configuration with nor flash booting. we have the following configuration on board.
LCD_DATA0........LOW
LCD_DATA1........LOW
LCD_DATA2........LOW
LCD_DATA3........HIGH
LCD_DATA4........HIGH

for flashing we provide high on LCD_DATA2. after successfull flashing when i power up my board it does not boot linux it remains in flashing mode. can you please provide some solution.

Is this an SPI flash?

we are flashing the target using USB and external nor flash is connected to am 335 using SPI.
this problem occurred in 2 out of 12 boards.

by manufacturing defect do you mean soldering defect or component issue or something else you can suggest me.

Yes. It could be PCB short/broken trace, bad soldering, faulty component - something like this.
