[OMAP L138] Compiling a kernel for HawkBoard using L138 SDK

Hi !

I have the OMAP L138 SDK downloaded from here: http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_sb/targetcontent/omap_l138/1_00/latest/index_FDS.html

I am trying to compile a kernel for Hawkboard using the source code given in the OMAP L138 download page, but it is giving some errors. I also saw that it is not having an option to configure a kerne for Hawkboard in the "system type" when I do "menuconfig".

Is there a way to compile a kernel for hawkboard using TI's OMAP L138 sdk? If yes, can you please upload the .config file for it?

Just saw the same question on Hawkboard forum, strange....

This was the answer given:

TI OMAP L 138 SDK doesnt work for Hawkboard. Please follow the Getting Started Link on hawkboard.org.

Hawkboard is an open-source project like BeagleBoard and usually not directly supported by TI.

lol yes, that was me on hawkboard forums ^_^

Does this mean that the codec server and DSP link examples given in th SDK will not work on the Hawkboard?

Well...since nobody replied, I ask again: is there any way to run codec server and DSP link examples given in the SDK on a hawk board?
