Inconsistency in flash files on DVSDK3.10.00.16

Hey guys:

On the DVSDK3.10.00.16 download site, why is there a flash-utils.davinci.tar.gz for the DM365 and a flash-utils-dm646x.zip fo for the DM6467?  Why are you using different compression utils for these different devices - would prefer you stay consistent and use .gz throughout.
