We got the below test result which is quite slow on C6657 with Benchmark using iperf of PC host. It is a custom board, but the HW for network part is same as TMDXEVM6657L. I'd like to increase the network throughput performance and some questions are as below.
Test Result (TCP)
- Non-copy mode using recvnc socket function: Less than 100Kbit/s
- read socket function / transmit throughput: 15~18Mb/s
Questions.
1. What network throughput speed of TMDXEVM6657L is expected by TI?
2. Is this issue come from lack of HW Ethernet engine(NETCP) on C6657?
3. How I can increase the speed?
4. Please guide how to test NDK performance on PC including setup and tools.
