AM335x EXTINTn signal

Hi,

 I am referring Silicon Errata for Silicon Revisions 2.1, 2.0, 1.0 (Revised January 2016).

 In this errata, Advisory 1.0.6 shows that The EXTINTn input is active high while as per signal name it seems it should be active low.

 We are using MPU part number: AM3354BZCZA80 (silicon revision 2.1).

So, in our case, is this signal should be consider as active high or active low?

One more query,  table 4 is given at page no. 6 in which  "X" is mentioned against SILICON REVISION AFFECTED. So, i want to confirm that "X" stands for affected version or not affected version? Please find attached snap.
